LaDuca Europe Ltd aims to dispatch orders placed before 12pm GMT the same day. We aim to deliver your order within 14 days. However, during busy periods it may take longer to dispatch your order and during these busy times we ask that you allow up to 30 business days for delivery. LaDuca Europe Ltd will send your order via a trackable delivery service. LaDuca Europe Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any late or undelivered parcels. Undelivered parcels that have been returned to LaDuca Europe Ltd may be subject to a redelivery fee if you still require the goods.
RETURNS
Customers will only be issued with a refund if they adhere to LaDuca Europe Ltd refund notification policy and LaDuca Europe Ltd Shoe fitting policy. There are some exemptions to our refund policy please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 business days. All returns postage charges are deemed payable by the customer unless it is deemed that the goods are faulty by LaDuca Europe Ltd, then a full refund is given.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS
We have extended our returns policy for Christmas. Returns or exchanges for purchases made between 1st November and 24th December 2024 will be accepted until 31st January 2025.
EXCHANGES
Customers will only be offered an exchange if they adhere to LaDuca Europe Ltd exchange notification policy and LaDuca Europe Ltd Shoe fitting policy. The cost of returns and exchange postal and delivery charges are covered by the customer.
