WAREHOUSE CLOSURE
Please note that due to a scheduled warehouse closure, the following order and shipping timelines will apply:
All orders placed on or before 31st July will be processed and dispatched as normal.
Any orders placed after 31st July will not be processed or shipped until operations resume on 25th August.
We recommend placing your orders in advance to avoid any delays. By placing an order during this period, you acknowledge and accept the adjusted fulfilment schedule.
Customers will only be issued with a refund if they adhere to LaDuca Europe Ltd refund notification policy and LaDuca Europe Ltd Shoe fitting policy. There are some exemptions to our refund policy please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 business days. All returns postage charges are deemed payable by the customer unless it is deemed that the goods are faulty by LaDuca Europe Ltd, then a full refund is given.
EXCHANGES
Customers will only be offered an exchange if they adhere to LaDuca Europe Ltd exchange notification policy and LaDuca Europe Ltd Shoe fitting policy. The cost of returns and exchange postal and delivery charges are covered by the customer.
